Since adopting this lifestyle on January 12, 2012, she has experienced a transformative journey, losing nearly 115 pounds and eliminating all medications. Her remarkable health improvements include achieving normal cholesterol and triglyceride levels and breaking free from the cycle of yo-yo dieting. With a commitment to sharing her knowledge and culinary techniques, Shayda has dedicated herself to teaching others how to prepare simple, healthy, and delicious meals that don’t compromise on flavor. She is a certified graduate of Dr. John McDougall’s Starch Solution program, further enriching her expertise in plant-based nutrition. Shayda is also a co-author of the international cookbook Live Your Healthiest Life, One Bite at a Time, One Meal at a Time, alongside Dr. Gustavo Tolosa. The book features authentic oil-free Persian and Argentinian recipes, making healthy eating accessible and enjoyable. In addition to her writing, Shayda shares her culinary creations on her YouTube channel, Healthy Cooking with Shayda, and through her website,Healthycookingwithshayda.com. Her mission is to inspire and empower others to thrive on a plant-based diet, one delicious meal at a time.
