Vivian has 14 years of experience as a doctor in the UK. She trained in internal medicine and dermatology in London before moving into Family Practice.

As a western, UK trained doctor, she was taught that genes dictated our health destiny, and there is a pill for every ill. That’s how she practiced as an internist and family physician until her own health and family’s health started to deteriorate. Going from specialist to specialist she was told it’s normal and to take medication. Refusing to accept her own and her family’s illness as “normal” she started her own research and discovered the power of nutrition.

Today she practices lifestyle medicine in San Francisco. She knows first hand that food “is” medicine and is passionate about helping others through nutrition and lifestyle measures. She has a holistic approach that involves natural remedies, nutrition, in combination with western scientific medicine.

Doctors told him the best he could hope for was to manage his diabetes and deterioration, and to do so I must take a cocktail of medications for the rest of my life. Unsatisfied with the answers doctors were giving him, in the summer of 2017 Jon embarked out on a quest to get to the heart of the problem underlying the diabetes epidemic, and how people are successfully reversing it without medication.

The result is the popular documentary series “iThrive: Rising from the Depths of Diabetes and Obesity” which has been seen by hundreds of thousands of people so far.

After filming the series, Jon implemented what he learned and in 6 short months reversed the diabetes and morbid obesity. To date he has lost over 108 lbs and counting.

This summit is for you if:

You're interested in natural and permanent weight loss (no calorie-counting, no surgery, no excessive exercise, no pills, no shakes...)

You feel trapped and somehow you can't find a solution that works and feels right...

You're sick and tired of the lethargy, hiding at home or missing out on life...

You're unsure what food is actually good or bad and why...

You're interested in long-term health - not just a quick fix - so you can be there for those you love...

You've tried other "solutions" before and nothing has worked long-term so far...

Weight loss isn't a vanity goal but a matter of life or death

Obesity is linked to 13 different types of cancer

In 2017 health officials reported that there is a link between obesity and 40 percent of all the cancers diagnosed in the United States. The 13 cancers include brain, breast, thyroid, stomach, liver, pancreas, kidney, ovaries, uterus and colon cancers the researchers said.

Obesity is the #1 driver to develop type 2 diabetes

Nearly 90% of diabetic patients develop type two diabetes mostly relating to excess body weight according to the World Health Organization (WHO, 2011)

Overweight increases the risk of heart disease

Heart disease is the number one killer in the US and multiple large-scale studies have shown that "Obesity is among the leading causes of elevated cardiovascular disease (CVD) mortality and morbidity."

Just 20 pounds overweight increase the risk of stroke by 24%

Studies have shown that for each one-unit increase in BMI there is a 4% increase in the risk of ischemic stroke and a 6% increase for hemorrhagic stroke.

Depression and Dementia on the rise with overweight

A study found that people who were obese had a 55 percent greater risk of developing depression throughout their lives. But that's just the start: Adipose tissue (fat cells) also increases inflammation systemically. Until recently, the blood-brain barrier (BBB) was thought to protect the brain from such systemic effects. We now know that the brain is significantly impacted by the inflammatory state of obesity through several pathways. As a consequence overweight is now recognized as a factor in dementia and cognitive function.

The facts tell a clear story:

The idea of "Health At Any Weight" is a dangerous myth...

The Global BMI Mortality Collaboration, which analyzed data from about 10.6 million adults in 32 countries, concluded that "both overweight and obesity (all grades) were associated with increased all-cause mortality." So please don't take this lightly.

The time to act is now and there is no better place to start than this event.

What makes this different?

They say "The Truth Will Set You Free"

But no one dares to ask the tough questions and tell it like it is...

Until now!

Yes, what you will learn will challenge most of the false ideas perpetuated in the media...

Some will even seem counter-intuitive (until you understand the underlying biological mechanisms and we'll get into all that during the summit)...

But if you're tired of the same old lies and false promises, then this event will be the breath of fresh air you're looking for!

Not only will you discover how to lose weight naturally - you'll walk away knowing exactly what to do to keep the weight off for good without going insane.

And yes, what you'll discover works at any age...

You see, together with all our speakers we believe you deserve to know the truth and we will hold nothing back. All you have to do is to claim your spot right now and show up!
